Springy - Foldable brackets for galvanized pole tubes
The Springy range offers a smart solution to the potentially dangerous problem of downed sign tubes pointing at oncoming traffic.
Use with advantage with t. e.g. bollards, signposts or similar that you want to be raised again after a possible collision or overtaking.
The springy attachment ensures that the sign tube folds when hit, that it rises again and ensures that the sign tube does not twist when hit.
The product is specially designed for use in exposed areas, such as traffic dividers or refuges.
The patented system improves road safety and has been crash tested at 70 km/h
without damage and has withstood over 700 folds in these tests without complaint.
Springy black
Springy base black is the weakest spring bracket and is adapted for plastic pipes up to 1.6m that you want foldable.
The Springy tube folds on impact, rises again and ensures that the tube has not twisted during the impact.
The Springy black bracket is made of galvanized steel, which is good for traffic environments where sand and salt can often come to the surface.
It is adapted for 60mm diameter plastic pipes – standard pipes – so no special solutions are required!
Springy base black is available in two versions, one for foundation mounting and one for surface mounting (footplate).
Springy blue
Springy base blue is the second strongest spring bracket adapted for galvanized pole tubes up to 1.6m incl. a ø600mm road sign.
